We got discharged today - yppee. The paed was happy to discharge us. We are all aware that Jason's vomiting and gagging is a chronic problem which is worse when he has an infection or temperature. The paed said our aim is to keep Jason as healthy as possible for our trip and suggested to stay away from school and try and keep him as healthy as possible as his immune system is obviously down and he is prone to catching things.
We were discharged with hundreds of medicines and vitamins to take - I could just throw them all in the bin and hopefully we can do so when we get home from Austria. It's shocking the things that he needs to take on a daily basis just to keep him healthy and comfortable.
The first thing Jason did when we got home was raced for his fishing rod. He was so excited to have his rod back. He then raced for his bicycle and tried to ride his bicycle with the fishing rod in one hand.
Oh it is great to be home. Only a few days left at home and now the reality hits of how little time we have here.
