Our little man is getting better and tolerating his formula a lot better. We are still battling with temperatures going up and down unfortunately and also he is a bit chesty now and lots of mucous in his nose and throat.
Doctor was pleased that the temperatures have improved as he was getting worried that he may have to change antibiotics to a stronger one. Unfortunately Jason still vomited a few times this morning but we think that the mucous is adding to the problem. Doctor ordered physio to be started and also nebbing 4 hourly to improve the chest and nose.
Physio went well, she managed to suction a lot of thick mucous out of his nose and throat. So this should improve things.
At least Jason is looking happier and healthier. I don't know where he gets the energy from. Ok this little room is getting boring so we have to be very inventive with our play time and utilize the furniture and buttons for games. The lazy boy chair has become a great ride for Jason and my bed pump is great fun. All buttons get pushed, the drip, the nurse bell, his feeding pump.
We will see how tonight goes and how he feels in the morning. I hope we can go home soon, I have so much to do before we leave next week Thursday but at the same time won't be rushing out of here unless Jason is better. If we have to do a 7 day course of antibiotics, so be it.
